In the daily hustle and bustle of our lives, what we most often forget to care about is our skin. If at all, we actually care about it, we simply moisturize it and leave it! But, is that enough? 1) Drink lots of water

Yes, indeed! Remove makeup when not required. All that makeup on your face is actually doing more harm than good to your skin. Just let that skin takes a deep breath, won’t you? The lesser the makeup, the better! Trust me; there is nothing more attractive than a naturally beautiful skin.

3) Avoid junk food





I totally understand your whining right now! Asking you to give up on your favorite junkie is too much, but you cannot deny the fact that it is not helping your body in any way, apart from satiating you! Have lots of fruits and vegetables. Include a lot of nuts like walnuts, almonds, etc. These are rich in antioxidants, which will help you rejuvenate your skin a lot!

4) Leave your stress back in time




Stress builds up a lot of excess toxins in your body. It breaks down all the natural elements in your body, ultimately causing wrinkles and making your look prematurely aged.  Learn to let go of things and just breathe and live a happy life, won’t you? After all, you are important above everything else! Am I right or am I right?

5) Workout a lot




Try yoga, try jogging, and try intense workout sessions. Remember, people applaud you for a perfectly fit individual like you and not some kawaii potato in you! It was just an inspiration statement to make you fit, after all, who wouldn’t want to look great! Exercise as much possible, won’t you?
